How to join a Union- Westchester County Employment & Labor Lawyer. I.B.E.W interviews Jordan E-Hag, Esq. to share tips on successful union organizing

INTRODUCTION– As the American Labor Movement struggles to overcome the challenge of declining membership, we have been one of the few local unions that has been able to consistently help working people fight for better wages. As an employment lawyer and labor leader in Westchester County, New York, I have been fighting to make working people aware of their right to organize, and helping them win better working conditions in the workplace.

I.B.E.W Local Union 1430 is part of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.  We are part of the manufacturing and technical division, which represents all non construction related industries.  The I.B.E.W is a truly supportive organization and is devoted to helping the working men and women of this country get and stay in the middle class.  It is not easy to win better working conditions, and labor law is a very specific practice area, which many lawyers are unfamiliar with.  So if you are unhappy at work, call us so we can educate you on your rights!
